Quick Summary: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for annual subscriptions and pro-rated refunds for certain circumstances. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time but are not refundable.
Refund Eligibility
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund for annual subscription payments if you request it within 30 days of your initial purchase. This applies to:
- First-time annual subscribers
- Upgrades from monthly to annual plans (refund of the annual portion)
- New enterprise contracts
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable. You may:
- Cancel your subscription at any time
- Continue using the service until the end of your current billing cycle
- Downgrade to a free plan if available
Pro-rated Refunds
In certain circumstances, we may offer pro-rated refunds at our discretion:
- Service downgrade within the first 14 days of an annual subscription
- Extended service outages (beyond our SLA commitments)
- Technical issues preventing service usage for extended periods
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Monthly subscription fees
- Setup or onboarding fees
- Professional services or consulting fees
- Third-party service costs (hosting, domains, etc.)
- Fees for accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Refund requests made more than 30 days after the initial purchase
- Usage-based fees or overage charges
How to Request a Refund

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute:

- We may provide transaction documentation to your financial institution

Free Trials and Promotions
Special terms may apply to free trials and promotional offers:
- Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled
- Promotional pricing may have different refund eligibility
- Credits and discounts are forfeited upon refund
